OnceScribe uses a machine ID + license key authorization system. No account registration required.

View Machine ID

1. Open OnceScribe
2. Go to Settings → License
3. Copy the “Machine ID”

Purchase Pro

1. Visit the Pricing page
2. Choose yearly or lifetime
3. Enter your machine ID to complete purchase
4. Receive license key (OS-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)

Activate

1. Open OnceScribe → Settings → License
2. Enter your license key
3. Click “Verify / Activate”
4. The daily transcription limit is removed immediately

Unbind Device

When switching computers:

1. On old device, open Settings → License
2. Click “Unbind Current Device”
3. Activate on new device with the same key

Note: Unbind count is limited, subject to actual rules.

Restore Purchase

If reinstalling OS or switching devices:

1. Reinstall OnceScribe
2. Go to Settings → License
3. Enter your original license key
4. If it says already bound to another device, unbind the old one first
