Translation & Polish

OnceScribe supports translating transcripts into multiple languages, or using AI to optimize text quality.

Translation

1. After transcription, click the “Translate” panel on the right
2. Select target language (12 supported)
3. Click “Translate”
4. Results output in real time, can be exported separately

Supported Languages

English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Italian.

AI Polish

1. Select the “Polish” tab
2. Choose polish type:
   • Remove Fillers: Delete “um”, “uh”, “like”, etc.
   • Grammar Fix: Correct recognition errors and grammar
   • Smart Paragraphs: Re-segment by semantics
   • Casual to Formal: Convert spoken expressions to formal text
3. Click “Start Polish”
4. Compare original and polished text, accept or cancel

Usage Limits

AI features count toward your daily transcription quota. Free tier: 8 transcriptions/AI calls per day combined. Pro: unlimited.
