1. Service Description
OnceScribe is an offline audio & video transcription desktop app developed by OnceWork. The software runs locally; all transcription processing happens on the user’s device.
2. License
By purchasing or downloading OnceScribe, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license:
- Install and use on one or more personal devices
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software
- Do not resell, rent, or distribute licenses
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only transcribe content you have rights to process
- Not use the software for illegal purposes
- Be responsible for your own transcription content
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property of OnceScribe software and related resources belongs to OnceWork. Your transcribed content belongs to you.
5. Disclaimer
- Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, model, etc.; 100% accuracy is not guaranteed
- AI-generated summaries, translations, etc. are for reference only
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by user devices or network issues
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be announced on the website and within the app.
