OnceScribe provides usage statistics to help you understand your transcription habits.

Statistics Content

• Total transcription time: Cumulative audio/video duration processed
• Total word count: Cumulative text generated
• Transcription count: Completed transcription tasks
• Model usage distribution: Usage ratio of each Whisper model
• Language distribution: Language ratio of transcribed content
• Export format distribution: Usage frequency of each export format

View Statistics

1. Go to Settings → Statistics
2. View overview data and trend charts
3. Filter by day/week/month

Data Privacy

All statistics are saved locally only, never uploaded.
